7 Days Balancing Chakras

Live a unique positive energy liberalization experience in the beautiful island of Mykonos. A week that will give your physical well being, mental clarity and help you discover your inner strength and cultivate positive emotions. Your holiday time is suitable to enjoy the tranquility away from the stress of everyday life and in conjunction with the REIKI and YOGA method will balance the energy into you and you will feel physical well-being, relaxation, health improvement, mentally peace, development of positive emotions, optimism in life, spiritual growth.

 

Our 7 Days Balancing Chakras Program includes the following services:

 

  • Pre course advice and consultation
  • 1 x Pre arrival health questionnaire
  • 2 x Personal Health and Fitness assessments (beginning and end of the retreat), which include a fitness test, full body fat and muscle analysis
  • 6x Yoga session (60 mins)
  • 5x Private Reiki Session (80 mins)

7 Days Balancing Weight

Our programs are aimed at both those who wish to keep stable their weight during their holidays and at those who wish to adopt a healthier lifestyle in their everyday life after the holidays. Vital Action Body’s team is here to help and guide you. During your holidays, you will be able to enjoy guilt-free food and alcohol as we have designed for you a week full of activities that will help you balance your weight even after a day with few – or even many -eating “slip ups”. Your holidays become thus the reason to feel physically and mentally healthier than ever!

7 Days Sports Conditioning

A week full of sport activities. Both sports fans and amateurs will have the chance to take part in activities that will help them improve their performance in the sport they love. Our trained practitioners have designed a weekly schedule under their step by step guidance that aims to enhance your physical strength and skills in your selected kind of exercise. Functional training and muscle strengthening exercises are the key elements that will help you improve your performance and reach a higher level; a unique experience for sports enthusiasts, who wish not only to keep contact with their favorite sport during their holidays but also to improve their skills.

Family Sports Week

The FAMILY SPORTS WEEK program is dedicated to the whole family. It is a great program for strengthening the bond between parents and children through the good use of quality time that develops trust, self-esteem, empathy and other important emotions that form and foster balanced relationships among family members. Holidays offer an opportunity to spend valuable and meaningful family moments. The FAMILY SPORTS WEEK invites parents and children to work out, suggesting a proper and balanced diet model. Extreme sports (wakeboarding, SUP), hiking, cycling, running, Yoga, Pilates and swimming are some of the activities in which parents and children participate and share moments of joy
